・Japan Streetユーザー（以下JSユーザー）アカウントの作成、使用
・JSユーザーからの問い合わせや、見積り・商談依頼への回答
・関心のある商品/サービス提供者へのJSユーザー情報の共有
・Japan Street関連のイベントや内容更新に係る連絡
・ジェトロ主催のイベントに係る連絡
・Japan Streetに登録された企業・商品の連絡

Japan Streetで商品・企業に対する見積り・商談依頼があった際には、JSユーザーの名前、メール、電話番号、企業名、企業住所は日本企業および商談アレンジ業務（商談日程調整、通訳手配、商談ファシリテート業務等）の業務委託先へ提供されます。

Japan Streetにて提供された個人情報については、ジェトロ・ウェブサイトのプライバシーポリシーに基づき適切に管理されます。

JSユーザーは、Japan Streetの利用継続を希望しない場合、Japan Street事務局（jetro_japanstreet@jetro.go.jp）に連絡することで登録情報を削除できます。
その際、Japan Street上の全ての個人情報（名前、メール、電話番号、企業名、住所）はJSユーザーの要求に基づき完全に削除されます。
登録情報の削除はジェトロの営業時間内で実施されます。
個人情報の削除を依頼される以前に日本企業へ情報が提供されたことについて、ジェトロとして責任は負いかねますのでご留意ください。

Japan Streetのニュースレターの配信は、メール末尾の「登録解除」ボタンを押していただくことで、その後の受信を止めることができます。

Personal information provided here will be used for the following purposes.
- For creating and managing Japan Street’s user (hereinafter referred to as “JS User”) account
- For answering JS User’s inquiries, requests for quotations or requests for business meetings sent via Japan Street
- For sharing JS User’s contact information with suppliers of products/services in which he/she has shown interest in
- For informing JS User about Japan Street related events and updates
- For informing JS User about other events organized by JETRO
- For informing JS User about Japan Street’s suppliers and products

Upon JS User’s requests for quotations or requests for business meetings on certain products/services sent via Japan Street, JS User’s full name, e-mail, phone number, company name and company address will be provided to the suppliers of the products/services and the third parties entrusted with arranging and facilitating business meetings.

Personal information provided here will be managed appropriately in accordance with Privacy Policy of JETRO Website. In case JS User would like to discontinue using Japan Street, delete registered information or modify registered information JS User may do so at any time by contacting Japan Street team at jetro_japanstreet@jetro.go.jp. Regarding the deletion of registered information, all personal information (JS User’s full name, e-mail, phone number, company name and company address) will be deleted entirely from JETRO’s possessions upon JS User’s request. The work of deletion shall be performed during JETRO’s business hours. Please note that JETRO will not be involved in deleting information already provided to suppliers before such request has been made.

JS User may also unsubscribe from receiving further updates regarding Japan Street by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of our newsletters.
